Outbound Business Sales Consultant

About the Role:

Elevate your sales career by joining our team as an Outbound Business Sales Consultant. In this role, you will engage with existing customers to upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage clients through inbound and outbound calls to consult on their current packages and uncover opportunities for growth
• Upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value for our customers
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

Experience & Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required. Please note that general retail roles (e.g., working at big box retailers) are not considered qualifying sales experience for this position. Formal training in a recognized sales methodology is considered a strong asset. Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.

Work-related Skills:

• Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously
• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
• Applies proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value
• Experienced in B2B telecommunications sales
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment

Benefits:

This is a remote work opportunity with flexible scheduling between Monday and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Base pay + commission: Earn $61K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on your performance. Paid training: Get fully certified before you start.
