Business Development Representative
Job Summary:
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the small to medium-sized business market.
This role requires a strong consultative approach to selling, with a focus on understanding the customer’s current phone services and identifying opportunities to upgrade or optimize their wireless packages.
You will engage with clients through inbound and outbound calls, consult on their current packages, and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value for our customers.
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required.
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology is considered a strong asset.
- Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.
Work-related Skills:
- Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Applies proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Experienced in B2B telecommunications sales
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment
Benefits:
- Base pay + commission: Earn $61K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on your performance.

Requirements:
- This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.
- While additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.
