We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our team as an Outbound Business Sales Consultant. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue through consultative selling.

Your primary responsibility will be to engage with existing Small-Medium Business customers to understand their current needs and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value for our clients. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and provide exceptional customer service.

Experience & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience. A strong background in commission-based sales is essential, and formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales) is considered a strong asset.

Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike. Proficiency in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously is also required.

Benefits:

This opportunity offers a competitive base pay + commission structure, with the potential to earn up to $121K+ CAD per year. Paid training is provided to ensure your success, and flexible remote work arrangements allow you to create your own schedule between Monday and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. While additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.
