Business Development Opportunity
Elevate your sales career with a challenging and rewarding role as an Outbound Business Sales Consultant.
This position offers the chance to engage with existing Small-Medium Business customers, upgrade their wireless phone services, and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients on their current packages and identify areas for improvement
- Upsell or cross-sell additional services to enhance customer experience and increase revenue
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology is considered a strong asset
- Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Applies proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value
- Experienced in B2B telecommunications sales
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment
Benefits:
- Base pay + commission: Earn $61K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on performance

Other Requirements:
- This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST
