To succeed in this position, you will require a minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience. General retail roles without commission-based selling or performance targets do not qualify. Formal training in recognized sales methodologies is considered an asset, particularly in MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, or Challenger Sales.
Proficiency in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously is essential. Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills are also required. You must apply proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
This position demands strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment. A minimum commitment of 20 hours per week is required, scheduled between Monday and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
You will be responsible for engaging clients through inbound and outbound calls, consulting on their current packages, and identifying opportunities to upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services. Paid training is provided, and flexible remote work arrangements allow you to create your own schedule.
Key Requirements:

Additional Information:
This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. While additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.
