Job Overview

The position of an Outbound Business Sales Consultant is designed to engage clients through inbound and outbound calls, consult on their current packages, and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.

Responsibilities:

  • Navigate multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Apply proven sales and retention strategies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage a structured sales process effectively.

Key Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience with commission-based selling and performance targets.
  • Formal training in a recognized sales methodology, such as MEDDICC or SPIN Selling.
  • Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements:

  • Availability Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.
  • Commitment of 20 hours per week.
  • Living in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills to navigate multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously. Strong communication skills are essential to ensure effective consultation and opportunity discovery for customers.
