Telecommunications Sales Specialist

Position Overview:

This is a dynamic sales role that involves engaging with existing Small-Medium Business customers to upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services. The successful candidate will be responsible for consulting with clients, uncovering opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services, and driving more value for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage clients through inbound and outbound calls to consult on their current packages and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to meet individual customer needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to stay up-to-date on product offerings and promotions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required.
  • Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales etc.) is considered a strong asset.
  • Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.

Benefits:

  • Base pay + commission: Earn $61K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on performance.
  • Paid training: Get fully certified before starting work.
  • Flexible remote work: Create your own schedule between Monday and Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM EST.

  • Must be living in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.
