Remote Sales Consultant Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Remote Sales Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with existing Small-Medium Business customers to upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services.
You will consult with clients through inbound and outbound calls, identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales etc.) is considered a strong asset.
- Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.
Required Skills
- Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Applies proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Experienced in B2B telecommunications sales.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment.

Other Requirements
- This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.
