Outbound Business Sales Consultant

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Outbound Business Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services, and delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to increase revenue and expand customer relationships
- Conduct needs assessments, identify sales opportunities, and develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs
- Presentation of products and services to customers, including explaining features, benefits, and value propositions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales)
- Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Telecommunications experience
- Knowledge of B2B sales strategies and tactics
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Other Requirements:
This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. While additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.
Please note that general retail roles (e.g., working at big box retailers, or similar) that do not include commission-based selling or performance targets are not considered qualifying sales experience for this position.
Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales etc.) is considered a strong asset.
Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.
