Remote Sales Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team. As an Outbound Business Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with existing Small-Medium Business customers to upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services.
You will consult with clients through inbound and outbound calls, identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value, and work collaboratively to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
- Apply proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment.
- Deliver results-oriented solutions that meet customer needs.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required. Formal training in a recognized sales methodology is considered a strong asset. Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.
Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary plus commission, paid training, and flexible remote work options. Earn $61K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on your performance.
Paid training allows you to get fully certified before starting. Create your own schedule between Monday and Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM EST.
Additional Requirements:
This role requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. While additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.
