Outbound Business Sales Consultant
Engage clients through inbound and outbound calls, consult on their current packages, and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.
This is a high-impact sales role with significant earning potential based on your performance. You’ll have the opportunity to work remotely, create your own schedule between Monday and Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM EST.
Experience & Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience in telecommunications is required. This can include roles such as business development, account management, or sales representative.
Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales) is considered a strong asset.
Additional qualifications may include proficiency in CRM systems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Applies proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value
- Experienced in B2B telecommunications sales
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment
Benefits:
- Base pay + commission: Earn $61K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on your performance

Others:
This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. While additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.
