Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with existing business customers to upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services.

You will consult with clients on their current packages and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required.
  • Please note that general retail roles (e.g., working at big box retailers) that do not include commission-based selling or performance targets are not considered qualifying sales experience.

Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales etc.) is considered a strong asset.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Applies proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Experienced in B2B telecommunications sales.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Benefits:

  • Base pay + commission: Earn CAD $61K–$121K+ per year, based on your performance.

  • Flexible remote work: Create your own schedule between Monday and Friday, 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.

Other Requirements:

  • This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.
  • While additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.
