As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging existing business customers to upgrade and optimize their wireless services. You will consult on their current packages and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable sales experience
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology is highly desirable
- Telecommunications background is an asset but not required
The ideal candidate will have proficient skills in navigating multiple CRM systems simultaneously, exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills, and the ability to apply proven sales strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
Work Arrangement:
This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. Additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, but working more time will significantly increase commission earnings.
