Role Description:
This position involves working as an Outbound Business Sales Consultant. The primary responsibility is to engage with existing Small-Medium Business customers and help them upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services.
The consultant will be responsible for conducting inbound and outbound calls, consulting with clients on their current packages, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.
Key aspects of the role include managing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing solutions that meet those needs.
A strong sales background and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required.
General retail roles (e.g., working at big box retailers) do not qualify as qualifying sales experience for this position.
Formal training in a recognized sales methodology is considered a strong asset.
Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.

- Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Applies proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Experienced in B2B telecommunications sales.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment.
Other Requirements:
This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with availability Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.
Additional hours may be worked at your discretion.
Must be living in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.
