Business Development Representative

Qualifications & Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required. Please note that general retail roles (e.g., working at big box retailers) that do not include commission-based selling or performance targets are not considered qualifying sales experience.
Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling) is a strong asset.
Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.

- Navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Applying proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value
- Experienced in B2B telecommunications sales
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment
Requirements & Benefits:
This role requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with availability Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.
Must be living in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.
Earn $61K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on your performance.
Paid training: Get fully certified before you start.
Flexible remote work: Create your own schedule between Monday and Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM EST.
Significant increase in commission earnings by working beyond the minimum commitment.
How to Succeed:
Engage clients through inbound and outbound calls, consult on their current packages, and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing Small-Medium Business customers.
Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within your territory.
