Job Opportunity:
A WFH Inside Sales role requires an experienced sales professional to join a dynamic sales team.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience, with formal training in a recognized sales methodology being highly desirable.
They will be proficient in navigating multiple customer relationship management and business systems simultaneously, with exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
Applicants will apply proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value, while demonstrating the ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment.
This is a flexible remote work opportunity requiring a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled between Monday and Friday, 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage clients through inbound and outbound calls to consult on their current packages and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.
- Work closely with existing Small-Medium Business customers to upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services.
