Outbound Business Sales Consultant

This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team as an Outbound Business Sales Consultant. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage existing Small-Medium Business customers through inbound and outbound calls, consult on their current packages, and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage clients through inbound and outbound calls to identify their needs and provide solutions.
  • Consult with clients on their current packages and suggest upgrades or additions that can enhance their wireless phone services.
  • Upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value for the clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required.
  • Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales etc.) is considered a strong asset.
  • Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Applies proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.

Benefits:

  • Base pay + commission: Earn $61K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on your performance.
  • Paid training: Get fully certified before you start.
  • Flexible remote work: Create your own schedule between Monday and Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM EST.

Others:

  • This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.
  • While additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.
