Outbound Business Sales Consultant
This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team as an Outbound Business Sales Consultant. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage existing Small-Medium Business customers through inbound and outbound calls, consult on their current packages, and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage clients through inbound and outbound calls to identify their needs and provide solutions.
- Consult with clients on their current packages and suggest upgrades or additions that can enhance their wireless phone services.
- Upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value for the clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required.
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales etc.) is considered a strong asset.
- Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Applies proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
Benefits:
- Base pay + commission: Earn $61K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on your performance.

- Flexible remote work: Create your own schedule between Monday and Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM EST.
Others:
- This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.
- While additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.
