Job Overview

Elevate your sales career as a telecommunications business consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with existing small to medium business clients to identify opportunities for wireless phone service upgrades and optimization.
  • Consult on current packages and uncover additional services that drive value.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required, focusing on commission-based selling and performance targets.
  2. Formal training in recognized sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales) is considered an asset.
  3. Telecommunications experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Applies proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Experience in B2B telecommunications sales.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment.

Other Requirements:

  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, scheduled between Monday and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
  • Must reside in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.
