Home Sales Representative

This role involves working from home as a sales consultant, helping customers upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage clients through inbound and outbound calls to consult on their current packages and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required. Please note that general retail roles (e.g., working at big box retailers) that do not include commission-based selling or performance targets are not considered qualifying sales experience for this position.
  • Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales etc.) is considered a strong asset.
  • Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.

  • This position offers flexibility with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.
