We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated sales professional to join our team as an Outbound Business Sales Consultant.

As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for engaging with existing customers to upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services. You will consult on their current packages and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.

To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience, with a proven track record of success in commission-based sales environments. Formal training in a recognized sales methodology is considered a strong asset.

You should also possess exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills, as well as the ability to navigate multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously. Proficiency in B2B telecommunications sales is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with existing customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities to upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services
  • Consult with customers on their current packages and provide personalized recommendations for additional services
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services to drive revenue growth
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience

  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously
  • Proficiency in B2B telecommunications sales (preferred)

Benefits:

  • Base pay + commission: Earn $61K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on your performance

  • Flexible remote work: Create your own schedule between Monday and Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM EST

Others:

  • This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00PM EST
  • While additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings
