Business Development Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team as an Outbound Business Sales Consultant.
Your primary responsibility will be to engage with existing Small-Medium Business customers, upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services, and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.
You will work independently to consult with clients, provide solutions to their needs, and exceed sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This is a remote opportunity that requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to create your own schedule between Monday and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required.
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology is considered a strong asset.
- Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.
Main Responsibilities:
- Navigate multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
- Apply proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
Requirements:
- Must reside in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.
