This role presents an opportunity to engage with existing Small-Medium Business customers, guiding them through the optimization of their wireless phone services. The successful candidate will conduct inbound and outbound calls, consult on current packages, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required, preferably in commission-based selling or performance-targeted environments.
  • Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales) is considered a strong asset.
  • Telecommunications experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Work-related Skills:

  • Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Applies proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Experienced in B2B telecommunications sales
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment

Additional Requirements:

  • The position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled between Monday and Friday, 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.
  • The successful candidate must be living in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.
