Business Development Representative
As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with existing customers to optimize their wireless services.
- Develop strong relationships with clients through inbound and outbound calls to promote wireless phone services.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience, with a focus on commission-based selling and performance targets.
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology is a strong asset.
- Proficient in navigating multiple CRM systems simultaneously.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Work Schedule:
This role requires a flexible schedule with availability Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. Additional hours may be worked at your discretion.
