Business Development Consultant

A Business Development Consultant is required to engage existing customers and uncover opportunities to upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients on their current packages and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services that drive more value.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand customer needs and preferences.

• Collaborate with internal teams to provide sales support and ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required, preferably in a telecommunications environment.

• Formal training in a recognized sales methodology is considered a strong asset.

• Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills are essential.

• Ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B telecommunications sales is preferred but not required.

• Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary to meet the demands of this role.

Additional Information:

This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. Additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, but will significantly increase commission earnings.
