Job Title: High Earning Sales Consultant
Key Job Responsibilities:
This is a sales role where you will be responsible for engaging clients through inbound and outbound calls, consulting on their current packages, and uncovering opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.

Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required. Please note that general retail roles (e.g., working at big box retailers) are not considered qualifying sales experience for this position.
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales etc.) is considered a strong asset
- Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required
Desirable Skills:
Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously. Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills. Applies proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.

Benefits:
Base pay + commission: Earn CAD per year based on your performance. Paid training: Get fully certified before you start. Flexible remote work: Create your own schedule between Monday and Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM EST.
