This is a remote sales representative position that involves engaging with clients through inbound and outbound calls.
The successful candidate will have the ability to consult with clients on their current packages and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience.
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology is considered a strong asset.
- Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
They will also possess exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
Additionally, they will be able to apply proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
Experience in B2B telecommunications sales is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for this role.
The ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment is also crucial.
Work Schedule:
This is a part-time position that requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
Availability is Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.
Additional hours may be worked at your discretion.
