We’re seeking a skilled Help Desk Specialist to join our team remotely. As a key member of our Customer Experience group, you’ll work independently to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing top-notch customer support via phone, email, or chat
- Resolving complex customer issues through effective problem-solving and communication
- Collaborating with internal teams to escalate issues and implement solutions
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (help desk, support, sales, etc.)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software applications and tools
