Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our team. As an Outbound Business Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with existing Small-Medium Business customers to upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services.
You will consult with clients to understand their current packages and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with existing customers to promote wireless phone services
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required.
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales etc.) is considered a strong asset.
- Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Applies proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Experienced in B2B telecommunications sales.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
- Base pay + commission: Earn $61K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on your performance.

Other Requirements:
- This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.
- Must be living in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.
