Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team as an Outbound Business Sales Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with existing Small-Medium Business customers, identifying opportunities to upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services, and providing exceptional customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales) is considered a strong asset.
  • Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment.

Others

This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. While additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.
