We are seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our team in a flexible remote work environment. This role requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with availability Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.

Job Description

A successful Sales Consultant will engage clients through inbound and outbound calls, consult on their current packages, and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value for the customer.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required.
  • Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales etc.) is considered a strong asset.
  • Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Applies proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Experienced in B2B telecommunications sales
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment.

This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.

While additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.
