Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
About the Role
This is a sales position that requires a minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience and proficiency in navigating multiple CRM and business systems. You will engage with existing Small-Medium Business customers to upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services, consult on current packages, and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services. Your goal will be to earn base pay + commission, with potential earnings of $61K–$121K+ CAD per year based on performance.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST, and availability to work flexible remote hours within the designated schedule. Additionally, you must live in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.
