Job Overview

This is a highly rewarding sales opportunity for those with strong interpersonal skills and experience in customer-facing roles. As an Outbound Business Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging existing Small-Medium Business customers to upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients on their current packages and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and minimize customer churn.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of verifiable sales experience, preferably in a B2B telecommunications environment.
  • Formal training in a recognized sales methodology is considered a strong asset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Telecommunications experience, preferably in a sales capacity.
  • Knowledge of wireless phone services and related industry trends.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.

Other Requirements

  • Must be living in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
