Job Title: Remote Business Development Representative
As a seasoned sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by engaging clients and uncovering opportunities to upgrade their wireless phone services. Your primary responsibility will be to consult with clients on their current packages, identify areas for improvement, and provide personalized recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage clients through inbound and outbound calls to discuss their current packages and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Consult with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert advice on how to optimize their wireless phone services.
- Upsell or cross-sell additional services to drive value for clients.
This is a remote-based position that requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. While additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required.
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales) is considered a strong asset.
- Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills, as well as the ability to navigate multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously. They must also be proficient in B2B telecommunications sales and have a demonstrated ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment.
