Job Overview:
Elevate your sales career with this dynamic opportunity to engage existing business customers and drive revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.
This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with availability Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. Additional hours may be worked at your discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage clients through inbound and outbound calls, consult on their current packages, and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.
- Navigate multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Utilize proven sales strategies to maximize customer lifetime value and consistently meet or exceed performance targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required, with a strong background in commission-based selling and performance-driven environments.
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales) is considered a strong asset.
- Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required, with a focus on B2B sales and customer retention strategies.
