This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team of business growth specialists. As an Outbound Business Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with existing Small-Medium Business customers to upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their current packages and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.
- Engage in inbound and outbound calls to build strong relationships with clients and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and maximize revenue growth.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales) is considered a strong asset.
- Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
Skills:
- Ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Others:
- This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.
- Additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, but working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.
