Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with existing customers and identifying opportunities to upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required.
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology is considered a strong asset.
- Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Applies proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
Benefits:
- Base pay + commission: Earn $61K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on your performance.

Other Requirements:
- This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.
- Must be living in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.
