We are looking for a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth.

Job Description:
The primary responsibility of this role is to engage clients through inbound and outbound calls, consult on their current packages, and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.
This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with availability Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. Additional hours may be worked at your discretion.
We offer paid training, where you will get fully certified before starting the job. You’ll have the opportunity to work remotely and create your own schedule between Monday and Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM EST.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required.
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology is considered a strong asset.
- Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.

- Base pay + commission: Earn $61K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on performance

Please note that general retail roles (e.g., working at big box retailers, or similar) that do not include commission-based selling or performance targets are not considered qualifying sales experience for this position.
Demonstrated ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment is essential.
