The ideal candidate will possess exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to navigate multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
A formal training in a recognized sales methodology is considered a strong asset, and proficiency in sales process management is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with existing small-medium business customers through inbound and outbound calls to consult on their current packages and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.
Earn a competitive salary based on performance, with opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
Work remotely with flexible scheduling between Monday and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Formal training in a recognized sales methodology, such as MEDDICC or SPIN Selling.
Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Schedule
This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with availability Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.
Location
Must be living in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.

Additional Information
