Inside Sales Representative Opportunity
About the Role:
This role involves engaging with clients through inbound and outbound calls, consulting on their current packages, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience, formal training in a recognized sales methodology, and proficiency in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required.
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology, such as MEDDICC or SPIN Selling, is highly valued.
- Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Applies proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Experienced in B2B telecommunications sales.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
