We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Business Development Consultant. In this role, you will work with existing Small-Medium Business customers to optimize their wireless services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage clients through inbound and outbound calls
- Consult on current packages and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services
This is a remote opportunity that offers flexible scheduling between Monday and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. You must commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the ability to work more time to increase your earnings.
We require a minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience, with formal training in a recognized sales methodology considered a strong asset. Experience in telecommunications sales is preferred but not required.
As a successful candidate, you will have exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills, with proficiency in navigating multiple CRM systems simultaneously. Strong organizational and time management skills are also essential.
