As a remote sales consultant, you will play a vital role in helping existing small to medium business customers upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services.
Job Description:
Key responsibilities include engaging with clients through inbound and outbound calls, consulting on current packages, and uncovering opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value for our customers.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of verifiable sales experience is required, preferably in telecommunications.
- Formal training in recognized sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling) is considered an asset.
- Proficient in navigating multiple CRM systems and excellent verbal communication skills are essential.

- Availability to work between Monday and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
