Contentious Construction Lawyer – 4 + PQE
MAP Legal's client are a fast-growing, full-service commercial firm headquartered in London. Having built an exceptional and diverse client base, it has earned a reputation for successfully delivering high-value and high-profile projects.
Their experienced dispute resolution team uses a range of methods to resolve matters, including litigation, mediation, expert determination, adjudication and arbitration.
As a contentious senior associate member of the team, you will experience a diverse mix of work and skills. Clients include residential and commercial developers and national house builders, investment funds, entrepreneurs and Housing Associations undertaking large high-profile developments, and urban regeneration projects.
Tasks will include:
Acting for social housing providers, housebuilders, developers and contractors in relation to:
- High court claims
- Adjudication
- Expert determination
- Arbitration
- All other forms of ADR, as applicable
- General project advice
