The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a leading institutional asset manager (c.£250M AUM) known for its forward-thinking approach and broad asset class coverage. Their legal team is growing, and they’re now seeking a Senior Legal Counsel (Regulated Funds & Distribution) to support UK and cross-border fund activity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on UK authorised fund structures (UCITS, NURS, LTAFs)
- Support UK AIF launches and ongoing management
- Provide regulatory guidance on cross-border distribution
- Drive input into regulatory change projects
- Manage external counsel and third-party relationships
- Draft, review and negotiate key fund and distribution agreements
- Help shape internal policy and contribute to team leadership
What You’ll Bring:
- E&W qualified solicitor (c. 4+ PQE) having trained at a recongised law or in-house within asset management
- Strong knowledge of UK authorised funds and regulatory landscape
- Experience with AIFs is a bonus
- Excellent legal drafting and communication skills
- Commercial mindset with a collaborative working style
