Service Care Solutions are looking for an experienced Commercial Disputes Lawyer to join a well-established and growing litigation team in Aberdeen . This is a permanent role with excellent long-term prospects and opportunities to support clients across the UK and internationally.
The Role Includes:
- Managing a wide range of commercial disputes across sectors such as energy, construction, marine, property, and agriculture
- Handling cases in the sheriff courts and Court of Session (excluding advocacy)
- Involvement in training, compliance, marketing, and business development initiatives
- Opportunity to develop specialisms in areas like non-contentious construction, insolvency, and contract advisory work
The Ideal Candidate:
- • Open from NQ – 3+ years’ PQE in litigation or a relevant commercial background
- • Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
- • Confident managing a caseload independently
- • Professional, proactive, and collaborative mindset
