An elite New York law firm with a top-tier reputation in complex, high-value international transactions is seeking a Project Finance Associate (2–4 PQE) to join its market-leading Energy & Infrastructure team in London .

The Role
You will work on some of the most significant and high-profile Energy & Infrastructure Project Finance transactions globally. The team advises sponsors, lenders, export credit agencies, multilateral institutions, and governments on cutting-edge deals involving:
- Renewable and conventional energy projects
- Major infrastructure assets (including transport, digital infrastructure, and utilities)
- Cross-border financings across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and emerging markets
- Complex multi-source financings and bespoke structures
You will be part of a high-performing, collegiate team operating at the forefront of the global E&I practice.
About You
We are looking for individuals who bring:
- 2–4 years’ PQE in project finance, with direct experience in high-end, cross-border Energy & Infrastructure transactions
- Outstanding academic credentials
- Training and post-qualification experience from a top-tier international law firm
- A proactive, commercial mindset and the drive to work at the highest level in private practice
