Key Responsibilities:
– Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent
– Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
– Sourcing, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for various positions
– Developing and implementing strategies to attract top talent
– Providing exceptional service to both clients and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process
– Creating and managing a sales pipeline of leads and potential clients.
– Meeting and exceeding set targets and KPIs
What We're Looking For:
– Previous recruitment experience is highly desirable
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent organisation and time management
– A positive attitude, resilience, and a hunger to succeed
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
