Residential Property, Head of Department – Nuneaton, Warwickshire – Competitive Salary
This is a superb opportunity to join an established law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals across the UK.
Due to continued growth, the firm is now seeking to appoint an experienced and dynamic Head of Residential Property to lead its expanding team at the head office in Nuneaton. This senior leadership role offers the chance to shape the strategic direction of the department, drive growth, and mentor a talented team of fee earners, paralegals, and legal assistants across two sites.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential conveyancing, proven leadership experience, and a passion for delivering high standards of client service.
The Candidate
- Minimum 8 years PQE in Residential Conveyancing
- Proven experience managing a full caseload from instruction to post-completion
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a track record of departmental success
- Excellent client care and communication abilities
- Business development mindset with a history of exceeding fee income targets
- Strategic thinker with the ability to influence operational direction
